WWII German RAD Enlisted Buckle With Belt by F.W. Assmann & Söhne
WWII German Reich Labor Service, or RAD, enlisted belt buckle featuring the central spade and swastika emblem within a wheat wreath design. The reverse includes the standard buckle hardware, and the associated maker information shown identifies the piece to F.W. Assmann & Söhne of Lüdenscheid. RAD buckles are a recognizable Third Reich service item, worn by members of the Reichsarbeitsdienst during the period.
