The obverse features raised “Standschützenverband Tirol-Vorarlberg” lettering around the edge, a central eagle design, 1941 date panels, and colored enamel detail. This badge is attributed to K. Pichl / A. Klammer of Innsbruck and represents the regional shooting association tradition of Tirol-Vorarlberg during the WWII period.
