Third Reich "Tag Der Arbeit" (Labor Day) Commemorative Badge From 1935
An original German WWII commemorative tinnie issued for May 1st, 1935 – Tag der Arbeit (Labor Day). These early event badges were distributed during official nationwide celebrations honoring the German workforce under the state labor organization system.
Dated 1935, this is an early pre-war issue and remains a desirable example for collectors of Third Reich political event badges and early NSDAP commemorative insignia. Pieces from the mid-1930s are particularly collected for their connection to the formative years of the regime’s mass rally culture.
A strong addition to any German WWII badge or NSDAP Labor Day collection.
