German WWII Silver Faithful Service Award grouping for 25 years of civil service, presented to Postal Inspector Rudolf Nocar in Vienna. The set includes the Silver Faithful Service decoration with blue ribbon, its red presentation case marked “R. Souval Wien VII,” and the original award document dated Berlin, February 25, 1942. The document names Nocar as Postinspektor and bears the embossed state seal and Meissner signature at the bottom. A well-presented named civil service award grouping with medal, case, and document together.
